Elizabeth Teo (Canada)

Hi everyone, I'm Elizabeth, a Chinese American and Canadian environmental activist focused on bringing awareness to environmental justice issues and tying them to fast fashion and our waste and climate crisis. I'm honored to have been asked to collaborate with Unspun and Ivanny on this project to bring more awareness to the issues of fast fashion and how slow fashion brands are changing the game. I worked on the educational piece of the video, comparing how jeans are usually made and how they can be made more sustainably and ethically. I wrote, edited, filmed, captioned and produced my piece and am thrilled with how the collaboration video came out.
