ZUDI by Judy Tang (China)

ZUDI by Judy Tang wishes to bring minimalism, consciousness, and discipline into fashion. The designer rejects crazy artistic expression typical of the fashion industry and presents it with more subtlety. It will codify minimalism's pretensions to be more than an ideology, but a way of life. This is further expounded by many of the designer's garments being multi-functional (e.g. a dress that can be converted into a handbag), emphasizing the way minimalism is entrenched in all aspects of life.
